By using this site, you agree to these terms and applicable Canadian laws. Content is provided for general information.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Information on this site may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant error-free content.
Your use of the services is subject to respectful conduct, safety compliance, and all local bylaws in Toronto, Ontario.

All prices are in CAD. Taxes may apply (including HST where applicable).
We confirm bookings by email; please ensure contact details are correct.
We may limit group sizes for safety and quality.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
If a payment is declined, the booking is not confirmed. We will notify you and you may retry with a valid method.

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Weather-related changes will be communicated promptly.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability; fees may apply if requested within 24 hours.
Tours operate rain or shine. In severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may postpone or cancel with a full refund or credit.
If Urban Trails Toronto cancels for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date at your option.

We are not responsible for personal items or events beyond our control. Please wear suitable footwear and follow guidance during tours.

You acknowledge outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks associated with uneven terrain, weather, and urban environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
We do not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or injury caused by our failure to meet applicable legal duty that cannot be excluded.

Follow guide instructions at all times and comply with traffic signals and crossing rules.
No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. We may remove participants without refund for violating these standards.
Alcohol or substances impairing judgment are prohibited during tours.
Keep valuables secured. We recommend travel insurance for personal property.

We are committed to AODA compliance. On request, we provide information in accessible formats where feasible.
Certain routes may include stairs or uneven surfaces. Contact us in advance to confirm accessibility options.
Service animals are welcome. Please inform us during booking.

We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
We use essential cookies to operate the site and, with consent, analytics cookies to improve performance.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may be subject to provincial regulations. No cash redemption unless required by law.
Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

Delays or cancellations may occur due to extreme weather, public emergencies, or events beyond our control.
We will notify you promptly and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.

We may rely on third-party platforms for payments, maps, or communication. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless prohibited by consumer protection laws.
If any term is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting with the updated date below.
